The Man & The Work

BUILT FROM
THE FIRE

You don't teach what you learned in a course. You teach what broke you open — and what rebuilt you stronger.

Wilke

"I didn't find this path. I was dragged into it — by loss, by grief, by fire. And I'm grateful for every bit of it."

You're a man
in transition.
Not collapsing.
Reforging.

My name is Wilke. I'm a men's coach, initiation guide, and the founder of WYLDE. Everything I teach, I've lived. Not in theory — in the wreckage of relationships, the fog of grief, and the slow, hard climb back to solid ground.

I built WYLDE because I kept meeting men who were doing what I did — succeeding on the outside, dissolving on the inside. Smart men. Capable men. Men who never received the initiation that would have taught them how to be sovereign, purposeful, and alive in their own lives.

This work is my calling. Not because it's easy. Because it keeps calling me — and because I've watched it change men completely.

"I spent years performing a version of myself I thought the world wanted. It worked well enough to be convincing. It didn't work well enough to make me feel alive."

The Blueprint

I grew up in a home where the patterns were set early — love tangled with chaos, performance mistaken for presence. I absorbed it all. I learned to be charming instead of honest. Likeable instead of real. I didn't know I was doing it. That's how blueprints work — they run underneath everything, invisible until they wreck something.

The Performance

For years I built a life that looked right. Career. Relationships. The external markers of a man who had it together. But underneath it, I was running — from myself, from accountability, from anything that asked me to stop and feel. I kept moving. Kept performing. Kept trading one version of the same pattern for another and calling it growth.

The Collapse

Then life stopped asking and started demanding. Loss came in waves — the kind that doesn't give you time to recover between them. I couldn't perform my way through it. The mask came off because I didn't have the energy to hold it anymore. That's when I found men's work. Not because I was looking for it — because I had nowhere else to go.

The Reforging

What followed wasn't a clean transformation. It was slow, nonlinear, and humbling. I kept being tested — each time I thought I'd arrived, life handed me another round. But something was different now. I had tools. I had brothers. I had a framework for understanding what was happening inside me instead of just reacting to it. I started helping other men do the same.

The Certainty

I don't coach from a place of having it all figured out. I coach from a place of having walked through the fire and chosen to come back for others. Every time life has tested me, the mission has become clearer. This isn't what I do. It's what I am.

I'm now building from a place of groundedness I didn't know was possible a decade ago. Not because the tests have stopped — but because I finally know how to meet them. I help men find that same footing. That's WYLDE.

How I Work

The Philosophy

01

The body doesn't lie. Real transformation is somatic — it lives in the nervous system, not the mind.

02

Brotherhood accelerates everything. Men heal in the presence of other men who are willing to be real.

03

Every man lacks initiation. Not a failure — a gap. The work is closing it.

04

Purpose is not found. It's forged. Through fire, through pressure, through choosing it again and again.

05

Grief is a portal. The men who go through it — all the way through — come out sovereign.

Most men come to me performing strength. Doing the work, keeping it together, not asking for help. They've built a life that looks right from the outside and feels hollow from the inside.

My job isn't to fix them. They don't need fixing. My job is to create the conditions where they can see themselves clearly — often for the first time — and start building from that truth.

I work at the intersection of masculine psychology, somatic intelligence, shadow work, and lived brotherhood. Not because those are the trends. Because those are the things that actually change men at the root level.

This isn't therapy. It isn't hustle coaching. It's initiation — the ancient process of taking a boy's psychology and reforging it into a man's.

THE WORK
The Wylde Man Initiation

Six Pillars of
Transformation

The Initiation is built around six interconnected pillars. They aren't sequential — they're simultaneous. Each one touches the others. Together, they rewire the whole man.

01
Masculine Leadership

Moving from reactive to regulated. Learning what it means to lead — your life, your relationships, your purpose — from a place of grounded presence rather than ego or fear. Real authority starts internally.

02
Inner Child & Shadow Work

The patterns running your life now were written when you were young. We go back — not to dwell, but to reclaim. The parts of you that were shamed, suppressed, or abandoned become sources of power when integrated.

03
Sexual Polarity

Understanding masculine and feminine energy — in yourself and in your relationships. Attraction, intimacy, and partnership operate on polarity. Most men have had this drained out of them. We rebuild it deliberately.

04
Emotional Regulation & Nervous System

You can't think your way into a regulated nervous system. Through somatic practices — breathwork, embodiment, cold exposure, and body-based awareness — you build the capacity to stay present under pressure.

05
Purpose & Identity Rewiring

Who you've been is not who you have to be. This pillar is about building a clear, embodied sense of mission — what you're here for, what you stand for, and the daily structure to live it out.

06
Brotherhood & Accountability

Men don't heal in isolation. The container itself — 10 to 15 men going through this together — is one of the most powerful elements of the Initiation. Brotherhood isn't a bonus. It's the accelerant.

The Process

The 12-Week Journey

01
Weeks 1–3
DESCENT & SEEING CLEARLY

We start by going in. Mapping the patterns, the wounds, the places where boyhood psychology is still running the show. Most men have never done this with other men present. The container makes it safe to go deep fast.

02
Weeks 4–6
EXCAVATION & INTEGRATION

Shadow work. Inner child work. We go to the roots — not to relive the past but to reclaim what was lost. The parts that were shut down to survive become available again. Energy that was trapped gets freed.

03
Weeks 7–9
REFORGING & EMBODIMENT

Identity rewiring. Somatic work. Building the nervous system capacity to hold more — more emotion, more presence, more life. This is where the new man starts to take shape. Not as a concept. As a felt reality.

04
Weeks 10–12
MISSION, STRUCTURE & INITIATION

We close with purpose. Mission clarity. Daily architecture that supports who you've become. And the initiation itself — a rite of passage that marks the threshold between who you were and who you're stepping into.
